Requirements:
- HR Generalist Experience: Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or a similar industry.
- Recruitment Management: Proficiency in managing recruitment processes, including collaborating with line managers to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Education: Ideally studying or having studied CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) or a related field.
- Legal Knowledge: Sound understanding of UK employment law and its application in a corporate environment.
