Job Summary

Boeing is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Source and screen candidates for various roles, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a multinational company or recruitment agency
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems and software, such as Workday
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English
