We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at PrimaryCareCareers. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our primary care practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our busy triage team in booking and allocating appointments
  • Run your own clinic in the afternoon, managing patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure read codes are used effectively
  • Request and review pathology test/results
  • Be a registered first-level nurse, MSc or equivalent, holding current registration with the NMC
  • Have clinical supervision training
Requirements:
  • Experience working in primary care is desirable
  • Systm One experience would be preferred but is not essential as training can be provided
