Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at PrimaryCareCareers. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our primary care practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Support our busy triage team in booking and allocating appointments
- Run your own clinic in the afternoon, managing patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure read codes are used effectively
- Request and review pathology test/results
- Be a registered first-level nurse, MSc or equivalent, holding current registration with the NMC
- Have clinical supervision training
- Experience working in primary care is desirable
- Systm One experience would be preferred but is not essential as training can be provided
- NHS pension
- Competitive rates of pay
- 6 weeks annual leave
