Your Role as a Lead Dental Nurse

As a Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient care and leading a dedicated team of dental nurses. Your expertise in private, NHS, and UDA treatments, coupled with your understanding of GDC regulations, will set the standard for excellence within our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, collaborating closely with dentists to deliver personalized treatment plans.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dental nurses, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Support the training and development of trainee/apprentice dental nurses, guiding them through their initial induction and ongoing learning journey.
  • Assist the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental nursing team, contributing to overall practice efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) by actively pursuing relevant training opportunities.
