Job Title: Commercial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

LDNY People Ltd is seeking an ambitious and organized Commercial Operations Manager to join their growing team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for assisting in the control of commercial and contractual matters of fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of valuations, cash flows, and forecast final accounts.
  • Participate in tender submissions and ensure tender returns are compliant and numbers are agreed for tender finalization.
  • Generate and maintain relevant records, accurate filing, and support for all commercial functions.
  • Assist in the preparation of robust subcontractor orders and ensure cost control within projects.
  • Monitor the supply chain's performance and protect the business from disputes.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within the fit-out industry.
  • Desirable to be enrolled at College or Uni studying a relevant degree.
  • Personal skills: organizational, solution-driven, open-minded, negotiating skills, positive pragmatic approach, initiative-taking, collaborator, quality-focused, innovative, and enthusiastic.
  • Display IT and technical ability relating to the role.
