Key Responsibilities:- Manage the financial performance of the clinic, identifying opportunities to minimize costs and maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with audit, policies, procedures, and medical governance standards.
- Lead high-performing teams and develop strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Education to degree level and a minimum of three years' experience in management, preferably in the private health, beauty, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven people management skills and experience of P&L accounts or budgetary management.
- Drive, determination, and ability to overcome ambiguity and daily management challenges.
- Good understanding of statutory policies, including HR and Health and Safety, and experience of CQC policies and procedures is an advantage.
