Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Assistant to join our team at our Flintshire site. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating facilities management activities, including maintenance and strategic construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage action recording and timely follow-up and updates to wider business areas on facilities management topics
  • Act as the key interface of facilities management at local business level working groups when required
  • Provide support to the facilities site manager to own reactive/unplanned daily issues that arise across the plant
  • Provide support to the Environmental, Health & Safety Controller on Environmental, Health & Safety topics requiring action / improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in facilities management in an assistant position or similar in a factory or production facility. You will have effective communication skills and good problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with local leadership teams.
