Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Facilities Management Assistant to join their team on a contract basis.

Role Summary:
In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating Facilities Management (FM) activities, which include Maintenance and Strategic Construction projects. You will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring timely actions and updates are communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Site Business Partners and Building custodians to establish and implement an efficient Site/Building Process confirmation routine.
- Oversee action tracking and ensure timely follow-ups and updates on FM topics to the broader business.
- Represent FM at Site level working groups as necessary.
- Assist the Site FMRE Business Partner in addressing reactive or unplanned issues that may arise.
- Support the Site FMRE Business Partner and EHS Controller on EHS matters requiring attention or enhancement, acting as a coordinator when needed.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities management or building and construction, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer relations and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as this role focuses on customer interaction.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
