We are looking for an **Airbus Operating System Expert **to join the Airbus Broughton site. You will work alongside other Experts as well as AOS Agents. This is a brilliant opportunity to utilise your relevant strategic and communicational and leadership skills to ensure processes are followed to a quality and timely manner.

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM**
- Design strategies for coaching, mentoring & training
- Lead assessments of industrial maturity integrating operations performance & AOS standard
- Advise managers on how to improve performance by running specific AOS diagnosis
- Lead industrial task forces: diagnosis, solution definition and implementation, results achievement Contribute directly to the Airbus industrial strategy by defining and deploying ways of working

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ability and experience to train managers, technicians and operators
- Experience in leading lean manufacturing workshops such as kaizen, VSM, SMED, 5S, etc.
- Aeronautical manufacturing basics Deep knowledge and experience of AOS / MES / lean manufacturing and lean management / problem solving (AOS advanced & MES accreditation)
