Are you an Industrial Maintenance Leader with a background working on a range of assets within a production manufacturing facility seeking to expand your career in a new environment?

Our Broughton site is seeking an experienced individual with a maintenance leadership background, to

be responsible for a team of maintenance personnel working on shifts to deliver asset safety and reliability to the Operations customer.

The assets include mechanical and electrical CNC machinery, conventional production machinery, paint shops and chemical processing plants so experience across these areas and a willingness to work shifts is essential.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

Ensure work is planned and executed in a controlled manner with robust procedures and processes in place minimising impact on production.

Work with partners to enable the effective completion of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.

Conduct regular performance analysis to reduce breakdown rates and improve reliability.

Conduct ‘Deep Dives’ where performance gaps, or potential performance gaps present themselves and implement customer protection and countermeasures as the situations dictate.

Drive a high performance culture through the day to day management of the maintenance team including objective setting, performance management and motivation.

Ensure that the maintenance team has the necessary skills, knowledge, attitude and training to support the Industrial Maintenance business.

ABOUT YOU

Time served maintenance engineering background, to at least HND level qualification.

Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering maintenance experience

Leadership experience overseeing a multiskilled team (team here has 7 technicians in it)

A proactive maintenance mindset

Experience driving a high performance culture and leading route cause analysis investigations

Budgetary control exposure
