CBSbutler is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating facilities management activities, including maintenance, strategic construction projects, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facilities management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Work closely with the facilities site manager and building custodians to define and implement effective site operations processes.
- Act as the key interface for facilities management at local business level working groups.
- Provide support to the facilities site manager in resolving reactive and unplanned issues.
- Collaborate with local leadership teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in facilities management, preferably in a factory or production facility.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
