Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Assistant to join our team at CBSbutler. As a Facilities Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage facilities management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Work closely with the facilities site manager and building custodians to develop and implement effective site processes and procedures.
- Manage action recording and timely follow-up with business areas on facilities management topics.
- Act as the key interface for facilities management at local business level working groups.
- Provide support to the facilities site manager on reactive and unplanned daily issues.
- Collaborate with the Environmental, Health & Safety Controller on environmental, health & safety topics requiring action or improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in facilities management in an assistant position or similar in a factory or production facility.
- Effective communication skills and ability to confidently liaise with local leadership teams.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
