We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Assistant to join our team at our Flintshire site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Facilities Management activities, including maintenance and strategic construction projects.
  • Work with the facilities site manager and building custodians to develop and implement an effective site/building process confirmation routine and action follow-up.
  • Manage action recording and timely follow-up and updates to wider business areas on Facilities Management topics.
  • Act as the key interface for Facilities Management at local business level working groups.
  • Provide support to the facilities site manager on reactive/unplanned daily issues and to the Environmental, Health & Safety Controller on Environmental, Health & Safety topics.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in facilities management in an assistant position or similar in a factory or production facility.

You will have effective communication skills and good problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with local leadership teams.
