Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Beneficiary Services Representative to join our team at Leidos, Inc. in Croughton, UK. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to TRICARE beneficiaries, ensuring they receive the best possible care and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and portability transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System and other relevant systems.
  • Resolve enrollment discrepancies between systems and run weekly reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform Primary Care Manager changes, following Military Treatment Facility guidelines, to ensure seamless care for beneficiaries.
  • Provide education on resources and benefits, enrollment/disenrollment information, and customer service to beneficiaries via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Collect, process, retrieve, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty portability/disenrollment processes.
  • Conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, and other relevant events to ensure beneficiaries are informed and supported.
  • Provide basic claims assistance, including providing information on claim status, to ensure beneficiaries receive timely and accurate support.
  • Collect and record Health Information into applicable systems, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Assess and address beneficiary questions, referring as needed to ensure timely and effective support.
  • Collect and report information on daily activities performed, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • Complete training and refresher courses on a timely basis, maintaining compliance with Leidos and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Must be SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member or DoD employee.
  • Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this position.
  • Eligible for and maintain ADP II/IT II clearance.
  • Three years' cumulative experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery systems, civilian managed care medical/administrative environments, medical or clinical environments, or public environments.
  • Experience with CHCS or civilian healthcare computer systems and processing medical claims.

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask.
