Position Overview

Are you eager to impact people's lives positively? Do you have a strong commitment to ensuring safe and comfortable housing for individuals and families? We are currently seeking a dedicated Property Lettings Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing properties to clients, overseeing the entire process from the outgoing tenant's notice to the successful onboarding of new residents into their homes.

Candidate Profile

Do you possess experience in a customer-facing role with exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating high levels of accountability and ownership?

Are you equipped with outstanding communication, persuasion, negotiation, and decision-making abilities?

Can you produce clear and concise reports, correspondence, and marketing materials in plain English tailored to specific audiences?

Are you well-organized, capable of prioritizing tasks, and managing competing deadlines while delivering work to established standards? If this resonates with you, we would be delighted to hear from you.
