Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Director to lead our team in Natural Capital Developments. As a key member of our team at Ad Warrior, you will be responsible for driving our sustainable development initiatives forward.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of our natural capital strategy, working closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that our development projects are aligned with our company's values and goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to support our development initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of our development projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a development or sustainability role, with a strong understanding of natural capital principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
