Home Manager | Elderly Care | CIW Compliant
Location
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Brecon, Wales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of multi-skilled professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of care staff, including Deputy Managers, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, and other support staff.
- Ensure the home is compliant with CIW regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make improvements as necessary.
- Manage the home's budget and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent.
- Proven experience of managing a residential care home or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults.
