Join Our Team as a Care Professional

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live happy and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Prompting and assisting with medication
  • Supporting clients with their daily routines and activities

What We Offer:

  • Competitive rates of pay, including £120 on weekdays and £135 on weekends
  • Paid mileage, 30p per mile
  • Paid training and shadowing visits
  • Ongoing support from our office team and mentors
  • Regular team meet-ups and social events

Requirements:

  • Driving licence required
  • Ability to work in Brecon and surrounding areas
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
