Job Opportunity: Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our care home in Brecon, Wales.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel.
- Ensure the emotional, physical, and social needs of residents are met, while maintaining a compliant environment with local governing bodies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve commercial and quality outcomes.
Requirements:
- Home Manager or Deputy Manager experience with a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent.
- A flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.
- Passion for elderly care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
