We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a well-known street apparel brand. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring the success of our stores.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and exceed them.
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, and developing the retail team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future products and provide expert knowledge to the retail team.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering products, stock control, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Assist with scheduling and managing the team roster.
  • Process daily banking and assist with cash handling as needed.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience in the store.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Relevant retail experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing a team, driving performance through KPIs, and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of retail IT systems and commerciality skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
