We are seeking Sales Executives to enhance our business customer sales teams in mixed electricals and mobile solutions. If you are eager to embark on your career or advance further in a sales or account management capacity, this role offers the support, mentorship, and training necessary to help you succeed. With a competitive base salary and the opportunity for uncapped commission, you will establish strong relationships with new and existing business clients to drive sales and ensure they receive optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Proactively making outbound calls and responding to inbound sales inquiries from new and existing business clients
- Generating new business sales leads through various channels
- Providing tailored sales quotes that align with customer needs
- Managing accounts for both new and existing business clients
- Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Becoming knowledgeable about the complete range of Currys' B2B products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (e.g., Retail, Hospitality, etc.)
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Resilience and the capability to quickly establish rapport
- A willingness to learn and stay updated on new products and services
