We are seeking Sales Executives to enhance our business customer mixed electricals and business mobile sales teams. If you are looking to take your first step or further develop your career in a sales or account management capacity, this could be your next opportunity as we will provide support, mentorship, and training to facilitate your growth. With the chance to earn a base salary and uncapped commission, you will quickly establish rapport with new and existing business clients to drive sales and ensure they receive their ideal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Proactively making outbound and receiving inbound sales calls and inquiries from new and existing business clients
  • Generating new business sales leads through various channels
  • Providing tailored sales quotes that align with the best possible deal for the client based on their requirements
  • Managing accounts for both new and existing business clients
  • Processing all sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Becoming an expert in the complete range of Currys' B2B products

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or related environment (e.g., Retail, Hospitality, etc.)
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Resilience with the capability to quickly build rapport
  • A willingness to learn and stay updated with new products and services
