We are seeking Sales Executives to enhance our business customer mixed electricals and business mobile sales teams. If you are looking to take your first step or advance your career in a sales or account management capacity, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. We will provide support, mentorship, and training to help you succeed. With a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, you will quickly establish rapport with new and existing business clients to drive sales and ensure they receive their ideal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively making outbound calls and handling inbound sales inquiries from new and existing business clients
  • Generating new business sales leads from various sources
  • Providing tailored sales quotes that align with the customer's needs
  • Managing accounts for both new and existing business clients
  • Processing all sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Meeting sales and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Becoming knowledgeable across the entire Currys' B2B product range

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or related environment (e.g., Retail, Hospitality, etc.)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Resilience and the capacity to quickly build rapport
  • A willingness to learn and stay updated on new products and services
