We are seeking Business Sales Consultants to join our teams focused on mixed electricals and business mobile sales. If you are looking to take your first step or advance your career in a sales or account management capacity, this could be your next opportunity. We will provide support, mentorship, and training to help you succeed. With a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, you will quickly establish rapport with new and existing business clients to drive sales and ensure they receive the ideal solution.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Proactively initiating outbound and responding to inbound sales inquiries from new and existing business clients
  • Generating new business sales leads from various sources
  • Providing tailored sales quotations that align with the best possible offers for clients based on their requirements
  • Managing accounts for both new and existing business clients
  • Accurately and efficiently processing all sales orders
  • Meeting sales and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Becoming knowledgeable across the entire Currys' B2B product portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a sales, customer service, or service-oriented environment (e.g., Retail, Hospitality, etc.)
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Resilience and the capability to quickly establish rapport
  • A willingness to learn and stay informed about new products and services
