At Smith Sales Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as an Aerospace Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and targets;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Deliver high-impact sales presentations and pitches to secure new business opportunities;
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive sales innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales principles;
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the online industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
