About the Role

We are seeking an experienced carer to lead our care team at Edwardstow Court, a 48-bed care home in Stow-on-the-Wold. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home during night shifts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Review care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Manage the time of yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide a nurturing and engaging environment

About You

We are looking for a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. You will have a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to study for it. You will also be experienced in leading a team and be keen to progress to a role with greater levels of responsibility.
