About the Role
We are seeking an experienced carer or senior carer to lead a small team of people to deliver outstanding care to our residents. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents, and supporting the Home Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Plan and implement care plans through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Manage time effectively to support the team and ensure resident wellbeing
- Support the Home Manager in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience of working in a residential care setting
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or willingness to study for it
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others
- Confidence in taking charge and using initiative to resolve problems
