We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Leader to join our team at Jubilee Lodge, a 75-bed care home in Bourton-on-the-Water. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Ensure the safety and security of residents and the care home
- Support residents with their night-time routines and personal care
- Provide companionship and support to residents
- Administer medication and provide light household duties
We are looking for a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. You will have strong experience as a carer in a care setting and be able to relate to our residents in a caring and sensitive manner.
