Jubilee Lodge is a 75-bed care home situated in the stunning Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water. We offer dementia, nursing, intermediate, and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced carer or senior carer to lead a small team of people to deliver outstanding care to our residents. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents, and supporting the Home Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents
- Plan and implement care plans, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
- Manage your time effectively to support your team and ensure the wellbeing of our residents

About You
You will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting with a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or you've achieved NVQ Level 2, and you're prepared to study for NVQ Level 3. You will be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others.
