Jubilee Lodge is a 75-bed care home situated in the stunning Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water. We offer dementia, nursing, intermediate, and respite care in a comfortable, homely setting.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced carer or senior carer to lead a small team of people to deliver outstanding care to our residents. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents, and supporting the Home Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of carers to deliver outstanding care to our residents
  • Plan and implement care plans through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated
  • Support the Home Manager in managing the care home
  • Manage your time effectively to support your team and ensure the wellbeing of our residents

About You

We are looking for a positive role model with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others. You will have previous experience of working in a residential care setting and hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to study for it. You may have previous supervisory experience, but this is not essential.
