About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team as a Team Supervisor. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and delivering outstanding care to our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of care and support, while promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the quality of care
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve care home objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to carers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a residential care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and support
