We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Night Care Leader to join our team at Edwardstow Court, a 48-bed care home in the heart of Stow-on-the-Wold. As a Night Care Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents and the home
  • Review and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Manage the time and workload of the care team
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide a nurturing and engaging environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in leading a team to deliver care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural ability to motivate and support others
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and promoting resident well-being
