About Edwardstow Court

We are a 48-bed care home located in the heart of Stow-on-the-Wold, offering compassionate, individualized residential, dementia, respite, and day care in a comfortable, homely setting.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced carer or senior carer to lead a small team of people to deliver outstanding care to our residents. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing care plans, ensuring the wellbeing of our residents, and supporting the Home Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of carers to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Plan and implement care plans through continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Manage time effectively to support the team and ensure resident wellbeing
  • Support the Home Manager in maintaining a safe and respectful environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a residential care setting, a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, and excellent communication skills. You will be a positive role model, able to motivate others to deliver the best possible care to our residents.
