About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team as a Team Supervisor. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of carers and delivering outstanding care to our residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of care and support, while promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of carers to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the quality of care
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve care home objectives
- Provide guidance and support to carers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a residential care setting
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and support
