We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Hawkesbury Place development in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire.
As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the security and wellbeing of our homeowners, overseeing the Care and Support teams, and coordinating activities that foster a sense of community within the development.
About You- You will have previous experience working in a care or support environment and possess excellent care skills.
- You will be a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of older people.
- You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- You will be located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
- A competitive base salary of £14.47 per hour (day rate) and £11.82 per hour (night rate), plus an additional £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
