About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient College Services Assistant to join our team at Ashford College. As a key member of our College Support Services team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our college.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the processing of enrolments, applications, exams, and enquiries on our corporate data systems
  • Helping with the operation of the Service Help Desk, including reviewing logged jobs, contacting support services, and coordinating pool vehicle bookings
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and external partners
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
