About You

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a College Services Assistant, you will work in an open office environment, requiring the ability to focus on tasks while answering calls and dealing with queries. Your duties will be varied, involving working with staff, students, and external stakeholders, with excellent customer service being essential.

The team is responsible for all incoming curriculum applications for the following academic year and current short courses. You will also be involved in various college processes, including the daily running of reception, administration, timetabling, student enrolment, student records, and exams. Experience of working to tight deadlines with accuracy is essential.
