About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ashford College as an Adult Liaison Officer, where you will play a crucial role in securing and monitoring work placements for students across various vocational areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure and Monitor Work Placements: Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses to provide students with valuable work experience and skills development opportunities.
  • Build Strong Industry Connections: Foster relationships with employers to ensure a steady supply of work placements and promote the college's vocational programs.
  • Support Student Success: Work closely with students, tutors, and employers to ensure a smooth and successful placement experience.
  • Manage Placement Administration: Coordinate and monitor placement arrangements, including student schedules, employer feedback, and placement evaluations.

Requirements
  • Relevant Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject is desirable.
