Key Requirements:

  • To participate in the daily implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • To maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and other stakeholders while upholding confidentiality and respect.
  • To support service users with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social events, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records as required, contributing to the overall quality of care.
  • To work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and support.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with a willingness to pursue further qualifications.
  • Proven experience in supporting adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health issues.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Confidence in working independently or as part of a team, with a commitment to excellence.
