Job Description

Insight Investment is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Commercial team in London as the Head of CRM. As the business owner for the Salesforce application, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing internal reporting and research on behalf of Distribution, including strategy, planning, governance, competitor, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine, promote, and deliver the vision for Salesforce
  • Ensure IT teams can deliver CRM requirements of the business
  • Drive forward the development of Salesforce and business benefit
  • Work with users to promote best practice in Salesforce use
  • Act as a subject matter expert for user queries and deliver user training
  • Ensure Salesforce delivers business insights and a positive ROI
  • Analyse data and present business insights to senior leadership teams within Distribution
Requirements
  • Understands our wider business strategy and how Salesforce can support it
  • A creative problem solver
  • Highly numerate, articulate with a good feel for data structure and analysis
  • Highly collaborative with excellent relationship building skills
  • Organised and planning discipline
