In the role of Technical Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Network Manager to ensure seamless daily IT operations. Your responsibilities will include managing incidents and customer inquiries from initial contact through to resolution and closure.

The successful candidate will work alongside the current team and coordinate with the remote helpdesk. Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, and IT troubleshooting is essential for this position.

Ideally, you will possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in IT, preferably within the Education sector or with a Managed Service Provider.
