Office Administration Specialist

We are seeking an Office Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team at EFAB Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that support our business operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to enhance business functions.
- Perform routine activities including filing, photocopying, data entry, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes, and formatting documents.
- Provide reception services by managing phone calls and assisting visitors as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager that align with the responsibilities of the Administration Assistant role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or documentation capacity.
- Proficiency in using the SAP system.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with MS Office applications.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Capability to take initiative and complete assigned tasks independently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients and the business.
