Position Overview:
We are seeking an Office Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team at EFAB Resourcing Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
  • Manage routine activities such as filing, photocopying, data entry, scheduling meeting rooms, taking minutes, and formatting documents.
  • Provide front desk support by handling phone calls and welcoming visitors as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager that align with the responsibilities of the Administration Assistant role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or documentation capacity.
  • Familiarity with the SAP system is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Proactive approach to completing assigned tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Adaptability to meet varying client and business needs.
