Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for both onshore and offshore roles, supporting local hiring managers, and delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality candidates for both onshore and offshore roles.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for future roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the talent team to develop and implement best practices in recruitment, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in recruiting for onshore and offshore roles, ideally in the subsea or survey services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, modern recruitment practices, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Education: Professional HR or recruitment certification, such as CIPD.
  • Tools: Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, such as Teamtailor.
