Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Reed. As an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the oil and gas industry.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
    • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates, keeping them informed about their application status.
  • Leadership and Coordination:
    • Mentor and lead the Recruitment Team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
    • Ensure best practices in recruitment and compliance with established procedures and employment legislation.
    • Coordinate recruitment vacancies and future requirements.
  • Interview Process:
    • Conduct internal and external interviews, ensuring necessary approvals and documentation.
    • Advise Heads of Department and Rig Managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Compliance and Certification:
    • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations by internal employing companies and external 3rd party personnel providers.
    • Collate, audit, and record required certification annually.
  • Succession Planning and Market Insights:
    • Review and implement future succession planning.
    • Continuously analyze and report on labour market conditions, trends, and skills shortages.
  • Sourcing Strategies:
    • Continuously review methods for sourcing external applicants.
    • Develop and maintain vacancy advertising across applicable channels.
  • Application Database:
    • Maintain a solid application database of existing applicants for current and future vacancies.
  • Digitalization and Automation:
    • Promote and implement digitalization and automation objectives related to recruitment processes and software.
