Your Role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner:

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead recruitment initiatives for both onshore and offshore positions. You will collaborate closely with local hiring managers to deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions, focusing on attracting and selecting high-caliber candidates. This position entails working on specific projects related to workforce planning and talent pipelines, aimed at enhancing the overall recruitment process and effectively meeting the company's staffing requirements.

You will cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates while contributing to the strategic growth of the organization by securing top talent. Additionally, you will play a vital role in mentoring junior members of the talent team and implementing best practices in recruitment to ensure optimal hiring outcomes.

This position may involve occasional travel and support for hiring contract and permanent offshore crew during peak recruitment periods.
