Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for both onshore and offshore roles, supporting local hiring managers, and delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment efforts for onshore and offshore roles
  • Support local hiring managers in delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions
  • Attract and select high-quality candidates
  • Work on specific projects related to workforce planning and talent pipelines
  • Mentor junior members of the talent team and implement best practices in recruitment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in recruiting for onshore and offshore roles
  • Excellent understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and modern recruitment practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

  • Executive Conversation: Meet with an executive for a 30-minute discussion
