About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Rovco. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for both onshore and offshore roles, supporting local hiring managers, and delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for onshore and offshore roles
  • Support local hiring managers with talent acquisition solutions
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in recruiting for onshore and offshore roles
  • Excellent understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and modern recruitment practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Interview Process:

  • Aptitude Test: Demonstrate your critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and workplace personality
  • Team Interview: Engage in a 1-hour interview with a few team members
  • Executive Conversation: Meet with an executive for a 30-minute discussion
