Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition PartnerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- Lead recruitment efforts for onshore and offshore roles

- Attract and select high-quality candidates
- Work on specific projects related to workforce planning and talent pipelines
- Mentor junior members of the talent team and implement best practices in recruitment
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in recruiting for onshore and offshore roles
- Excellent understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and modern recruitment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
