As a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in tech recruitment and business development, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with new clients and managing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients and job applicants to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates with clients.
  • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and other resources.
  • Provide coaching and support to ensure the success of the recruitment team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of overall professional experience in 360 tech recruitment.
  • Proven experience in business development in a tech environment.
  • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of another language is highly valued.
